Community Engagement and Technical Support for the Rochester 2034 Comprehensive Plan (2020)

   SCI was one of the consulting firms selected to bid on RFPs that the City of Rochester will issue to implement various aspects of its new Comprehensive Plan. Much of the community engagement initiatives were suspended during the Covid-19 crisis. This contract is still open.
