Nuisance Abatement Project , Phase 3  (2018) 

   SCI provided technical assistance to the City’s Bureau of Human Resource Management (BHRM) to develop the training curriculum for all civilian personnel who administer the Nuisance Abatement Points System. A parallel training regimen was added to the 26 week training curriculum for new Rochester Police recruits, and an in-service component will be added to on-going in-service training for all RPD uniformed personnel. SCI Associates assigned to this project were: Lynda Bell and Rodric-Cox Cooper.
